Birthday Parties and Private Events

Cevalo offers one-time private group lessons for children celebrating a birthday, youth organizations, and adult groups from local businesses and organizations.

Our friendly school horses and experienced instructors will make it a special day that your group will still be talking about next year!

Private Group Events

Your private event at Cevalo will include:

A customized barn tour and a general horsemanship lecture. Please let us know if you want us to cover how to groom and tack a horse or include specific information to meet merit badge requirements. We can also arrange "join-up" or jumping demonstrations during your private event.
A 45 minute group lesson for participants 8 and up or 5-10 minute individual lead-line lessons for 6 and 7 year olds.

Cost: $190 for up to 6 riders. $25 for each additional rider if there are more than 6. There is no charge for guests or chaperones who do not ride. Additional charges may apply for additional assistants or special demonstrations.

Please note that private events can be scheduled for Sundays or selected weekdays. Cevalo's facilities are generally not available for private events on Saturdays or during regularly scheduled lesson times.

Cevalo requires that a liability release be completed for each rider. Please download the liability release form and bring the completed forms with you the day of your event.
